The current edition is a collection of testimonies about miracles of St. John of Rila, collected by Archimandrite Kliment Rilets mostly between 1935 and 1961. He has carefully gathered them from letters, received at the Monastery, as well as from verbal accounts, which have been signed by the original storyteller and a third person.
